Episode Eleven: Chocolate Covered Raspberry Martini
It all begins with an idea.
Ingredients Needed:
1 1/2 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liquor
1 1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Raspberry Vodka
2 1/2 oz. Heavy Cream
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, add ice and all of the above ingredients. Shake! Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with raspberries and shaved chocolate! Enjoy!
Episode Ten: The Last Word

Ingredients Needed:
1 1/2 oz. Green Chartreuse
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 1/2 oz. Luxardo
1 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Directions:
Fill martini glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, add ice and equal parts of Green Chartreuse, Gin, Luxardo, and Fresh Lime Juice. Shake well. Dump ice from martini glass. Strain drink from shaker into glass. Enjoy!
Episode Nine: Pimm's Cup

Ingredients Needed:
2 oz. Pimm’s
1/4 oz. Lime Juice
Top with Ginger Beer
Directions:
Fill a glass with ice. In the glass pour 2 oz. of Pimm’s, 1/4 oz. of Lime Juice and top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with a Lime wedge. Enjoy!
Episode Eight: Mid-Atlantic Crisis

Ingredients Needed:
1.5 oz Apricot Brandy
1.5 oz Southern Comfort
1.5 oz Melon Liqueur
1.5 oz Blue Curaçao
3 oz Sweet & Sour
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a Collins glass with ice. Garnish with orange wheel and cherry. Enjoy!
Episode Seven: Dubonnet

Ingredients Needed:
2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Dubonnet
1/2 oz. Luxardo
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Directions:
Put ice into cocktail shaker. Add Gin, Dubonnet, and Luxardo. Add one dash of Orange bitters. Stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist. Enjoy!
Episode Six: Sazerac
It all begins with an idea.
Ingredients Needed:
1 Sugar Cube
3 dashes bitters
2 oz. Rye Whiskey
1/4 oz Absinthe
Directions:
Fill old-fashioned (rocks) glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, muddle sugar cube, bitters, and whiskey. Discard ice from glass. Add absinthe to chilled glass and swirl to coat the inside. Discard absinthe (or pour into another glass to drink later). Pour whiskey mixture into glass. Garnish with orange peel. Enjoy!
Episode Five: Dutch & Stormy

Ingredients Needed:
1.5 oz Jenever (Dutch Gin)
.5 oz Lime Juice
Dash of Bitters
Ginger Beer
Directions:
Put the Jenever, Lime Juice, and one dash of bitters into a rocks glass (with ice). Top with Ginger Beer and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel. Enjoy!
*Jenever is sometimes spelled Genever. Enjoy! It’s delicious and very refreshing.
Episode Four: French 75

Ingredients Needed:
1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Champagne
Directions:
Put Gin, Lemon Juice, and Simple Syrup in a cocktail shaker, with ice. Shake. Strain into a champagne glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy!

Episode Three: Milk Punch

Ingredients Needed:
2-oz Bourbon
3-oz Cold Whole Milk
1-oz Simple Syrup
Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Put Ice in a cocktail shaker. Add the bourbon, whole milk, simple syrup and 2 dashes of Vanilla. Shake until the contents are cold and frothy, about 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass (with no ice). Top with freshly grated nutmeg. Enjoy!
Episode Two: Trouble in Paradise

Ingredients Needed:
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. spoon warm water
2 fresh basil sprigs
1 oz. bourbon
1 oz. Campari
3/4 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 grinds black pepper
Directions:
Shake honey and water in a small jar until honey is dissolved. Combine 1 basil sprig, bourbon, Campari, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, 1/2 oz. honey syrup, and pepper in a cocktail shaker. Add ice to shaker and shake until outside of shaker is frosty. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with remaining basil sprig. Enjoy!

1.5 oz. Absinthe
1 Sugar Cube
2 oz. Cold Water
Directions:
Put the spoon and sugar cube over the glass
Pour Absinthe over sugar cube into the glass
Light the sugar cube on fire
When the sugar cube starts to dissolve, slowly pour the cold water over the sugar cube
